What happens when the capacitor is charged and discharged when the circuit is turned on?

QK0.9 can be turned on when the circuit is turned on, and then it can be turned off automatically. Please tell us about the working process. In addition, how to determine the value of RK07, RK08, and RK09?

This is a good analysis, just build the circuit directly with multisim, and look at the transient analysis.

The voltage across the CK0.3 capacitor cannot change suddenly at the moment of power-on. The voltage can be considered equal, which means that the voltage applied to RK0.8 is also 12V.

The voltage across the capacitor cannot change suddenly. The voltage across the CK0.3 capacitor is 0V at the moment of power-on, so rk0.7 is 0V, and the upper voltage of rk0.8 is 12V.
