As shown in the circuit, how to use MOS tube instead of diode to prevent reverse connection?

The transistor should work, but the MOS tube doesn't know how to connect it as a diode.

The main reason is that the MOS tube conduction voltage drop is extremely small, but I really didn't think of a good way to protect the two sets of batteries that may be damaged by reverse charging. The transistor voltage drop is also large.

If it is only anti-reverse connection, why not use anti-reverse connection?

Oh, it's mainly a structured battery compartment, like a flashlight. There is no way to make joints in structure. So it can only be realized by circuits. Thank you

Battery compartment? This is easier.

Generally, the negative electrode of the battery is flat and the positive electrode is convex.

This is the anti-reverse design of the battery itself.

For a qualified battery compartment (holder), the negative pole of the battery cannot be contacted when the battery is reversed.
